Our company has been ferrying vehicles and passengers over the Seto Inland Sea between Osaka and Ehime from 1972 as per our motto - Service, Safety and Speed.
Our company logo features three ‘S’ shapes to represent these values.

Our two ferries ‘Orange Ehime’ and ‘Orange Osaka’ set sail every evening simultaneously from Toyo Port in Ehime Prefecture and Nanko Port in Osaka City and arrive at the opposite port the next morning.

  • A fee of ¥200 (per person per vessel) applies for cancellations up to 1 week in advance of the departure date.
  • A fee of 10% of the reservation amount applies for cancellations made up to 2 days in advance of the departure date.
  • A fee of 30% of the reservation amount applies for other cancellations made in advance of vessel’s departure.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the reserved vessel’s departure.
  • The first reservation change is free of charge; a fee of ¥200 per reservation applies for any changes thereafter.

Personal baggage that you will not need while onboard, may be transported to and stored in the ferry hold if arranged in advance.
The sum of all three dimensions for checked baggage must be 200cm or less,
and maximum weight is 30kg.
Please inform staff at the Terminal Ticket Counter when purchasing departure tickets and leave the checked baggage with them.
Baggage can be retrieved at the port of arrival Terminal Ticket Counter.
Pet and Pet Cage Fees
Pets may be taken aboard for a fee of ¥5500 per pet.
Pets may be kept in the ‘WITH PET’ Deluxe or Suite ROOMs or in the SEPARATE SPECIAL PET ROOM
ONLY if advance reservations are made.
Irrespective of whether or not you bring your own pet cage or not,
a fee of ¥1100 for a pet transport cage will be charged.
Pets must be kept in their cages at all times when Boarding and Disembarking.
Availability of PET rooms and cages is limited.
The Separate Special Pet Room can hold 12 pets.

  • - ALL our rooms have enough life-jackets for their designated number of passengers.
  • -ALL rooms have Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, a mirror, slippers and enough bedding for their designated number of passengers.
  • -ALL rooms have air-conditioning.
    For SINGLE/SINGLE PLUS Rooms, the room temperature is centrally controlled so cannot be adjusted.
    The airflow can be adjusted by pulling down or pushing up the air-conditioning vent according to your preferences.
    For DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE/ROYAL Rooms temperature and airflow settings may be adjusted as preferred.
  • -please make sure to sleep between the sheets of the bedding and not directly on the coverlet or mattress or futon.

  • -Onboard Free Baggage STORAGE Service – we can store your Baggage for free, out of sight in a secure room during the voyage.
    Please bring the baggage to the Information Desk where you will be given a colored baggage ID tag.
    You will have to present this tag to retrieve your baggage.
  • -DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE/ROYAL Rooms are equipped with wash basins, soap, an amenity set (containing a toothbrush,
    toothpaste, a towel and a yukata robe) as well as a TV, humidifier, desk and chair.
  • -Japanese Style and Japanese+Western Style SUITE Rooms feature tatami mat flooring, low furniture and beds.
    Please DO NOT wear shoes on the tatami mats!
    There is space for an additional 2 futons if reserved in advance for these room types,
    allowing a maximum of 4 people to stay in the room. Charges apply. Passengers must lay out the futons by themselves.
  • - ROYAL Rooms feature a spacious living room and even their own toilets and bathrooms
    so there is no need to venture out to the public facilities.
    They also have refrigerators for your use.
  • -EASY ACCESS rooms are available for passengers with disabilities. Room types are SINGLE/DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE Rooms.
    These rooms are spacious and have flat surfaces to enable smooth movement.
    A few rooms have adjoining rooms which can be used when it is necessary to have a caregiver nearby.
    Located near these rooms are the EASY ACCESS bathrooms and toilets.
  • -a limited number of ‘WITH PET’ Rooms are available and you may keep your pet with you in your room during the voyage.
    Room types are DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE Rooms. These rooms have amenities for pet care.
    Advance reservations and separate fees for pets and cages are necessary.
  • -a limited number of ‘WITH BICYCLE’ Rooms are available (MY BIKE STAY PLAN)
    and you may keep your bicycle with you in your room during the voyage.
    Room types are DELUXE SINGLE only. Advance reservations and separate fees for bicycles are necessary.
  • -‘Ladies Only’ SINGLE Rooms can be requested. There are 18 SINGLE Rooms located in each Block.
    By making sure to locate only women passengers to a specific block we create a Ladies Only area,
    so that women travelling alone can feel more relaxed.
Onboard Facilities

Entrance Lobby – Relax and enjoy your cruise in the luxurious atmosphere of our Entrance Lobby. You can make use of the Kids’ Play Area, Restaurant, Gift Shop, Smoking Room and small free pin-code controlled Safety Lockers for small valuables, situated around the Entrance Lobby on the 4th floor. Our staff at the Information Desk will answer your queries, and provide you with your room keys when you board. We also have a Morning Call Service in case you need waking up please tell then staff your room number and the time you want to be woken. Also ask here for Bus reservations, Breakfast reservations, Free Baggage Storage, Room Upgrades, etc.

Sky Lounge – Relax and have a chat with your friends in this luxurious lounge with views of the sea, sky and cities on the far horizon. (6th floor)

Forward Lounge – Providing a calm undisturbed atmosphere,
this Lounge is for use by SUITE and ROYAL room passengers exclusively. (5th floor)

Free Public Baths – Open throughout the voyage, and free of charge, let your fatigue melt away in our spacious baths,
featuring 2 large baths with different temperature settings, and 12 shower spaces all featuring hot and cold water,
body soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers and mirrors basins and bathing stools. A shoe rack will hold your shoes or
onboard slippers, while your clothes may be stored in the provided free lockers while you bathe, and you may avail of the
washbasins, mirrors and hairdryers too in the adjoining Dressing Room which may be used for your morning ‘toilette’ too.
The baths for men and women are located separately on the 5th floor. The BLUE curtain shows the entrance to the Men’s baths
and the RED curtain shows the entrance to the Women’s baths. We recommend that you read up on public Bath Etiquette if it is your first time experiencing a public bath in Japan.

Free Private Showers - Open throughout the voyage, and free of charge, enjoy a refreshing shower in our private shower rooms, featuring hot and cold water, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, as well as space to change and keep your clothes. You may avail of the washbasins, mirrors and hairdryers too in the adjoining Dressing Room which may be used
for your morning ‘toilette’ too. We have a total of 12 private shower rooms, 6 for men, and 6 for women located separately on
the 5th floor. With a lit up panel to show availability. The BLUE curtain shows the entrance to the Men’s baths and the RED
curtain shows the entrance to the Women’s baths.

※small towels are provided in DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE/ROYAL Rooms. These may be used at the baths or showers.
For those using the SINGLE rooms or wanting another towel, towels can be purchased at the Amenity Vending Machines on the 5th Floor.

※※Slippers – One-sized slippers are provided in all room types and can be worn anywhere on the ferry. They are convenient to use, to and from the baths and showers. But we ask that you refrain from wearing them on the outside decks.

※※※Yukata Robes – One-sized Yukata robes are provided in DELUXE SINGLE/SUITE/ROYAL Rooms and can be rented for ¥100 from the Information Desk by SINGLE Room passengers. They can be used as pajamas or room-wear. Please be sure to wear undergarments inside the robe, and to secure the front securely closed with the sash provided.

Restaurant – Located on the 4th floor our restaurant boasts a variety of tasty dishes made with rice, noodles, fresh seafood and wide range of drinks too. Prices range from ¥600 to ¥2500. Relax in our spacious sofa seating area, or table-and-chair seating area and start the voyage with drinks and a filling meal.

BREAKFAST – 2 types of breakfast meals (Western or Japanese) are available for ¥900 and must be ordered at the Reservation Counter before boarding of by 23:00 at the ferry Information Desk the night before.
If not ordered in advance Japanese breakfasts cannot be served, and Western breakfast availability cannot be guaranteed.
Please obtain a Reservation Ticket and the next morning show it at the restaurant and pay ¥900 to enjoy a tasty breakfast.
We use high quality ingredients for a delicious onboard breakfast to start your day.
The actual breakfast may differ slightly from the pictures above depending on ingredient availability.

Please have adequate cash (Japanese yen) to use on board as we do not accept cashless or credit card payments on board.
No currency exchange services are available onboard, in or around the ports.
Do not bring food or drink from outside into the restaurant.
Do not take alcohol out of the restaurant. Do not bring pets into the restaurant. And no smoking in the restaurant.

And coins may be used at the self-serve beer vending dispenser when buying a second drink.

Drink/Snack Vending Machines – Our drink vending machines located on the 4th floor, feature a variety of hot and cold drinks,
at the standard vending machine prices.
Please make sure you have enough cash on you as we do not have credit card or cashless payment services aboard.
We do not exchange foreign currency either. Vending machines accept ¥1000 paper currency and all coin types.
Larger paper currency may be changed to smaller denominations at the information Desk.

Amenity Vending Machines – Our 5th Floor Amenity Vending Machines feature snacks, ice-cream,
a variety of hot and iced coffees and drinks, as well as sanitary items, toothbrushes, razors, contact cleaning fluid and towels
just in case you forgot to bring your own. We do not exchange foreign currency either. Vending machines accept ¥1000 paper
currency and all coin types. Larger paper currency may be changed to smaller denominations at the information Desk.

Kids' Play Area – Keep your kids amused in the Kid’s Play Area located on the 4th Floor. Note that the restaurant and dressing rooms have high chairs and baby cots to assist passengers with small children. Nursing Rooms are available for use on board the Ferries and in the Terminal Pre-Boarding Waiting Areas.

Game Corner – Try your luck and have a fun time with the crane machines and game machines in our Game Corner,
open throughout the voyage and located on the 5th Floor.
A money changer will change ¥1000 notes and ¥500 coins into ¥100 coins to use with the game machines.
Larger paper currency may be changed to smaller denominations at the Information Desk.

Massage Chair Area – let our massage chairs ease away your fatigue. 4 chairs are available and cost ¥200 for 15 minutes.
5th floor.Massage chairs use ¥100 coins only. Please change larger currency to smaller denominations at the Game Corner
money changer or at the Information Desk.

Smoking Rooms - Smoking is not permitted anywhere aboard except for the 4 designated Smoking Rooms located on both,
the 4th and 5th floors.

Pet Facilities – if reservations are made in advance you may bring your pet onboard for a fee of ¥5,500 per pet
and a cage fee of ¥1,100 and keep it in your room if you reserve one of our 2 ‘With Pet’ Suite Rooms
or one of our 3 ‘With Pet’ Deluxe Single Rooms.
If you reserve a room other than these you have to keep your pet in the ‘Separate’ Special Pet Room.
The ‘pet friendly’ rooms are equipped with pet-related amenities like pet sheets, pet wipes, and feeding bowls.
Pet owners are solely responsible for care of their pets during the voyage and all care must be taken to ensure no pet-related problems occur.
The ¥1100 cage fee is required even if you bring your own pet cage.
The passenger room fare must be paid separately for these rooms along with the pet fee (¥5500)and cage fee (¥1100).
You will be required to sign and carry an agreement regarding pet boarding when you purchase your tickets.

Passengers are permitted to venture out onto the decks during the voyage,
but we request that you do not wear the onboard slippers to avoid the risk of slipping and injuries.
During spells of bad weather all doors to the decks are locked and passengers are not permitted to go outside.

Emergency Evacuation Equipment
In case of emergencies, all passengers will be provided with life-jackets.
The ferry features an Evacuation Slide, a Vertical Spiral Slide, as well as a Disembarkation Ladder
to transport passengers off the vessel and onto a floating platform below, from which they can then board life rafts.
Our inflatable life rafts are not dependent on the vessel’s electricity but have independent automatic as well as manual
launching features.

It is possible to make online reservations if you sign up (for free) for Orange Club Membership.
The sign up and information is in Japanese only at this time. We recommend you get a Japanese speaker to help you with online reservations. Online reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the vessel departure time.

For RESERVATIONS or reservation CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS within 24 HOURS OF VESSEL DEPARTURE.
In this case please contact the reservation center by telephone preferably in Japanese.

TICKETING AND BOARDING
Go to the Ferry Terminal Ticket Counter (open between 18:00 and 21:30) at your port of departure.
Purchase tickets (for those with reservations please show your reservation number and then pay for your tickets).
  • 1. We advise arriving at the port Terminal about 1 hour prior to departure time (21:00).
  • 2. It is required that you fill in a BOARDING LIST form before attaining your ticket.
  • 3. Bring the filled in BOARDING LIST to the Ticket Counter and then purchase tickets.
    When bringing a vehicle onboard (as per reservations) please show your Vehicle Inspection Certificate.
  • 4. Boarding begins at 20:00. The latest boarding time is around 21:30. You may use the Boarding Passenger Waiting Area until this time.

(Baggage can be checked in for ¥520 per piece at the Ticket Counter, or may be stored for free once on board at the Information Desk.)
-those with reservations for the Deluxe Single MY BIKE STAY service must board from the Boarding Passenger Waiting Area too.
(Deluxe Single MY BIKE STAY passengers may push their bicycle to their room.)

Automobile - Bring your car to the Pre-Boarding-Automobile Waiting Area by 20:00 and follow staff instructions to board.
Motorcycle or Bicycle - Bring your motorcycle or bicycle to the Pre-Boarding Two-wheeler Waiting Area by 20:00 and follow staff instructions to board.
